Kristina has captivated audiences across the U.S. and internationally with her lyric soprano voice. This season, Kristina Shafranski will debut the role of Contessa in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro in Vienna, Austria with the United Europe Orchester, July 2026. Kristina will reprise the title role of Suor Angelica with Camerata Bardi in New York City, November 2026. Previously, Kristina debuted the title role of Puccini’s Suor Angelica in Asiago, Italy with Varna International Academy under the baton of Gregory Buchalter with compelling commitment to the text and story. Kristina returns for her 13th season with Oyster Bay Music Festival to perform opera scenes in local and historical venues around Long Island, New York. Kristina is also pleased to be named an Emerging Artist with Madison Avenue Baptist Church Fellowship program for the 25/26 season. Refining her artistry through an immersive combination of performance and study, including masterclasses with Arthur Levy, Olga Makarina, and Mzia Nioradze. In 2024, Kristina performed in Vincerò Academy’s Opera Gala at Carnegie Hall, and debuted in Morelia, Mexico as Micaëla in Bizet’s Carmen with International Opera Summer Festival of Morelia.
